Richard C. Capasso, CPA, PFS, CFP, is President and shareholder of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company which is based in King of Prussia, PA.  He graduated from Villanova University in 1980, with a BS in Accounting. He received his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 1992.   He has also received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning.  Separately Mr. Capasso holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial. Additional licenses include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities.  As a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial, Mr. Capasso provides comprehensive individual financial planning as well as business planning for the closely held business owner. 

Mr. Capasso started his career with Price Waterhouse in the Audit Department.  His experience is with manufacturing, service, health care services, and sales and marketing clients.  Since joining the firm in 1984, Mr. Capasso has been extensively involved in management advisory services. 

Mr. Capasso is currently a member of the Audit Committee of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation.  He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Villanova Alumni Club of Philadelphia, the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce, Spring-Ford Country Club, Schuylkill Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross and as a member of the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation.  He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Phoenixville and King of Prussia Chambers of Commerce.  He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

 

Andrew T. Gilinsky, CPA, PFS, MBA, CFP, is Vice-President and shareholder of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, which is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.  He received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1982, his MBA from Michigan State University in 1987, and his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 1994.  Mr. Gilinsky received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning.  Separately he holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial.  Additional licenses include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities.  Mr. Gilinsky is also an Investment Adviser Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial.

Mr. Gilinsky has advised hundreds of clients on tax plannning strategies and recommendations on the individual level.  He has the rare quality that combines a high level of experience and foresight for not only the corporation or business, but also for the owner or executive.

Mr. Gilinsky serves as a co-treasurer and a volunteer special assistant to the President of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce on fiscal and tax policies.  He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA)

 

Charles Wilensky, CPA, MBA, MST, CFP is Vice-President and shareholder of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, which is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.  He received his BA in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland in 1978, and his MBA in Accounting from Temple University in 1984.  Mr. Wilensky received his Masters in Taxation from Temple University in 1992 and his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 2001. Separately he holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial.  Additional licenses held included Life/Accident/Health Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities.  Mr. Wilensky is also an LPL Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.

Mr. Wilensky has had extensive tax planning experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling, construction, real estate, health care, employee benefit plans, and various personal services.  In addition to his tax planning experience at the business level, he has advised hundreds of clients on tax planning strategies and recommendations on the individual level.

Richard M. Clairmont, CPA is Vice-president and shareholder of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, which is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University in 1989.  Separately he holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial. Mr. Clairmont is also an LPL Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial.   

Mr. Clairmont has advised hundreds of clients on tax planning strategies and recommendations on the individual level with special attention given to estate planning and the preparation of estate and trust tax planning. In his role with CPC Financial Planning, Inc., Mr. Clairmont provides comprehensive individual financial planning, business planning for the closely held business owner, and money management for retirees and soon to be retired individuals.  Working closely with affiliates CPC Financial Planning, Inc., Mr. Clairmont has the experience, knowledge and support available to advise his clientele in many areas including personal and business planning, tax planning, and wealth management. 

Mr. Clairmont is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). He also serves on the board of directors for the Villanova Rugby Football Alumni Association, Upper Merion Lacrosse Club, and the Upper Merion High School Lacrosse Boosters Club.

 

 

Frank J. Imperial Jr., CPA/PFS, CFP, is Vice-President and shareholder with CPC Financial Planning, Inc. firm based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania which he joined upon graduation from Millersville University in 2008, with a BS in Accounting.

Mr. Imperial continued his education with the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 2012 and received his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in December 2014. He also received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning.  Mr. Imperial also holds FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 66 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial. As a Certified Financial Planner and LPL Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial,  Mr. Imperial provides comprehensive financial planning for both individuals and business owners of closely held businesses.

 Earl A. Clairmont, Jr., CPA, PFS, CFP  is a  founding   shareholder  of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, which is based in King of Prussia, PA.  He received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1970.  He received his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 1994 and has been managing wealth since. Mr. Clairmont received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) in 1996.  The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning.    Separately he holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 51, 63, and 65 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial.  Additional licenses held include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities.  Mr. Clairmont is also an Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial.

In his role with CPC Financial Planning, Inc., Mr. Clairmont provides comprehensive individual financial planning, business planning for the closely held business owner, and wealth management for retirees and soon to be retired individuals.

John A. Paciello, CPA, PFS, CFP, is a founding shareholder of CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company which is based in King of Prussia, PA.  He attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1971.  He  has over 30 years of experience in financial services. He earned the CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado.  Mr. Paciello received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning.  Separately he holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations all held with LPL Financial.  Additional licenses he holds include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities.  Mr. Paciello is also an Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and LPL Financial.  As a Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Paciello provides comprehensive individual financial plans as well as business planning for the closely held business owner.

Mr. Paciello, past chairman of the Upper Merion Township Board of Auditors is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Progress Federal Savings Bank.  He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
