Earl A. Clairmont, Jr., CPA, PFS, CFP is President and shareholder of Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C., a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc. a fee only financial planning company, and Tanglewood Financial Services, Inc. an insurance implementation firm, which are all based in King of Prussia, PA. He received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1970, and has been practicing public accounting for more than forty years He received his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado. Mr. Clairmont received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Separately he holds Series 7, 24, 51, 63, and 65 securities registrations. Additional licenses held include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities. Mr. Clairmont is also an Investment Adviser Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and Royal Alliance.

In his role with CPC Financial Planning, Inc., Mr. Clairmont provides comprehensive individual financial planning in conjunction with business planning for the closely held business owner. Mr. Clairmont specializes in the audit function and in corporate, personal and estate taxes. He has extensive experience in several industries including retail sales and wholesale distributors; service industries, including legal, medical, dental, employment agencies, the insurance industry, including brokerage and sales; real estate, and construction companies.

Mr. Clairmont serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce where he is the treasurer. Mr. Clairmont is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

 

 

John A. Paciello, CPA, PFS, CFP, is Treasurer and a shareholder of Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C., a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company and Tanglewood Financial Services, Inc., an insurance implementation firm which are all based in King of Prussia, PA. He attended the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology and received his BS in Accounting from Villanova University in 1971. He has over 35 years of experience in business and individual accounting, tax and financial planning. He earned the CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado. Mr. Paciello received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Mr. Paciello heads the tax department at Clairmont, Paciello & Co, P.C. He specializes in the more sophisticated areas of corporate, estate and individual taxation, particularly as they interrelate. In addition, he serves as the firm's lead representative in examinations by the various taxing authorities.

Mr. Paciello, past chairman of the Upper Merion Township Board of Auditors is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Progress Federal Savings Bank. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

 

Richard C. Capasso, CPA, PFS, CFP, is Vice-President and shareholder of Clairmont, Paciello & Co., P.C., a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc., a fee only financial planning company, and Tanglewood Financial Services, Inc. an insurance implementation firm which are based in King of Prussia, PA. He graduated from Villanova University in 1980, with a BS in Accounting. He received his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 1992. He has also received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Separately Mr. Capasso holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. Additional licenses include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities. As a Certified Financial Planner and Investment Advisor Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission, Mr. Capasso provides comprehensive individual financial planning as well as business planning for the closely held business owner.

Mr. Capasso started his career with Price Waterhouse in the Audit Department. His experience is with manufacturing, service, health care services, and sales and marketing clients. Since joining the firm in 1984, Mr. Capasso has been extensively involved in auditing, accounting and management advisory services.

Mr. Capasso is currently serving as the treasurer of both the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce and the Phoenixville Area Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Audit Committee of the Phoenixville Community Health Foundation. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Villanova Alumni Club of Philadelphia, the Phoenixville Chamber of Commerce, Spring-Ford Country Club, and the Schuylkill Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mr. Capasso was the recipient of the Leadership Award presented by the National MS Society. As a member of the MS Leadership class, he has been honored as a Philadelphia area business professional who has made an outstanding contribution to the business, civic and cultural betterment of our community. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Phoenixville and King of Prussia Chambers of Commerce. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

 

Andrew T. He received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany in 1982, his MBA from Michigan State University in 1987, and his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 1994. Mr .Gilinsky received his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The PFS designation, established in 1987 by the AICPA, recognizes CPAs with considerable professional experience in financial planning. Separately he holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations. Additional licenses include Life/Health and Accident Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities. Mr. Gilinsky has been in public accounting for over 20 years and has had extensive tax planning and compliance experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling, construction, real estate, health care, and various personal services. In addition to his tax planning experience at the business level, he has advised hundreds of clients on tax saving strategies and recommendations on the individual level. He has the rare quality that combines a high level of expertise and foresight for not only the corporation or business, but also for the owner or executive.

Mr. Gilinsky serves as a co-treasurer and a volunteer special assistant to the President of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce on fiscal and tax policies. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), and the Financial Planning Association (FPA).

 

Charles Wilensky, , CPA,  MBA, CFP is Vice-President and shareholder of Clairmont Paciello & Co., P.C. a regional certified public accounting firm, CPC Financial Planning, Inc. a fee only financial planning company, and Tanglewood Investments, Inc. an insurance and investment product implementation firm, which are headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. He received his BA in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland in 1978, and his MBA in Accounting from Temple University in 1984. Mr. Wilensky received his Masters in Taxation from Temple University in 1992 and his CFP designation from the College for Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado in 2001. Separately he holds the Series 7 and 66 registrations. Additional licenses held include Life/Accident/Health Insurance, as well as Fixed and Variable Annuities. Mr. Wilensky is also an Investment Adviser Representative registered with the Pennsylvania Securities Commission.

Mr. Wilensky has been in public accounting for over 25 years, and has had extensive tax planning and compliance experience in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, retailing, wholesaling, construction, real estate, health care, employee benefit plans, and various personal services. In addition to his tax planning experience at the business level, he has advised hundreds of clients on tax saving strategies and recommendations on the individual level. He also has extensive experience in providing audit and consulting services to engineering firms who are required to calculate overhead costs in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
